TEMPERING MACHINE TE 400 Tempering machine is used especially in Cacao butter products because it has a lower melting temperature. The machine is used for tempering (cooling) the chocolate dough before molding process. After the choncing process chocolate dough has higher temperature if we try to mould the chocolate dough in higher temperature chocolate will come out from molding machine un solid and will loose its shape. - If these conditions can be provided; the machine capacity will be 400 kg / hour (max)
